Meet Christine
I'm Christine DeVol. I've spent over 20 years in project management, building, stabilizing, and leading EPMOs in healthcare and complex mission-driven organizations, and teaching the discipline to the next generation of project leaders.
I've led portfolios exceeding $600MM, driven $16MM in cost savings during a single organizational pivot, and built EPMOs from the ground up that saved over $65MM by establishing it as a center of excellence.
The teams I've built have earned PMI's Global PMO of the Year (2021) and North American PMO of the Year (2024).
I build it. I teach it. I've been recognized globally for it. And I bring all of that into every engagement because your PMO deserves someone who's operated at your level, not someone Googling best practices between calls.
