I grew up with a mother who had undiagnosed bipolar and a father who drank. Planning and organizing became my way to build stability.
That instinct shaped how I led teams. It taught me to guide change and set up systems that made sense.
Over time, it grew into a career. I helped organizations improve PMOs, build EPMOs, and deliver results leaders could see.
My work has earned recognition, including:
-
2021 PMI PMO of the Year
-
2024 PMO Global Alliance North American PMO of the Year
Today, I coach leaders and organizations to use project portfolio management. I help leaders cut through complexity. I help them align priorities. I help them deliver results that matter.
I am known for trusted leadership, humor, and integrity. I guide change. I teach future professionals. I coach sponsors. In every role, I show up with care and clarity.
For me, project management is more than a job. It is a way of life.
